The Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE) Unit of HVPS College of Law is established with the objective of promoting social responsibility, community engagement, and experiential learning among students through structured extension activities. The Unit functions in alignment with the principles and guidelines of the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension, University of Mumbai.

The DLLE Unit provides a platform for students to actively participate in various outreach programmes and extension projects, thereby enabling them to engage meaningfully with diverse sections of society. Through the organization of fieldwork, surveys, awareness campaigns, and community-based initiatives, the Unit facilitates the practical application of academic knowledge in addressing real-life social issues.

The Unit undertakes activities focusing on areas such as legal awareness, gender sensitization, environmental sustainability, health and hygiene, and social justice. It plays a significant role in fostering a sense of civic duty, ethical responsibility, and social consciousness among students, while also contributing to community development and nation-building.
